TEPAC Statement on EDI

TEPAC believes that diversity strengthens any organization in which it operates; that equity in opportunity and treatment is critical to ensuring ongoing diversity; and that building an environment in which diversity is welcomed and equity is assured will foster a sense of inclusion for all individuals.

With its Board achieved 50 per cent gender diversity and from skills, talents, and perspectives of a broad and diverse range of Turkish entrepreneurs and professionals, TEPAC commits to build and maintain a diverse board to improve and embrace the breadth of ideas and perspectives possible and a community in which equity and inclusion are achievable for all.

Going forward, taking its strength from its diverse board and membership to cultivate an inclusive environment, TEPAC commits to provide tools, resources, and events that will address the broad needs of Turkish entrepreneurs and professionals in Canada.
